What You’ll Be Doing

- Empower participants by adopting a person-centred approach, coordinating supports, and helping individuals achieve their goals.
- Lead and support teams by mentoring teams to maintain high professional standards.
- Build strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders, ensuring communication is always clear and respectful.
- Drive service excellence by meeting and exceeding service level agreements and promoting best practice across all touchpoints.
- Manage participant journeys including intake and exit processes, supported by accurate and compliant documentation.
