Find out more and .**Your Opportunity****Youth Case Manager** within the **Housing and Support Link Service**, you’ll be working on the front lines from the Mater Hospital Young Adult Health Centre in South Brisbane. Your role will focus on supporting young individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness while they receive treatment or support.You’ll collaborate closely with young people and their health and community networks to break down barriers to stable housing.
