🌟 Family Violence Outreach Case Manager 🌟
Location: Fairfield - Northern Outreach Team
Role type: Full-time, ongoing
Salary: SCHADS Level 4 | $88,000 - $94,000 + super + salary packaging
We are seeking a passionate Family Violence Outreach Case Manager to join the Northern Outreach Team.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide specialist case management and advocacy to women and their children impacted by family violence.
About the Role
As a Family Violence Outreach Case Manager, you will:
- Support up to 14 women (and their children) with tailored case management.
- Provide intake, assessments, safety planning and exit planning.
- Advocate across housing, health, legal and community services.
- Work in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, values-driven team.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant Bachelor's qualification in social work, community services, psychology or equivalent.
- OR meet the minimum mandatory requirements outlined in Recommendation 209 of the Royal Commission into Family Violence.
- Experience in family violence case management or a related sector.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, safety planning and housing pathways.
- Commitment to culturally safe and empowering practice.
- We are open to candidates with transferable skills from AOD, family services, homelessness, or housing case management backgrounds.
