The Opportunity

Our client is an Australian owned family run business within Civil Bulk Earthworks and infrastructure projects across the Pilbara region of WA.

We are seeking 10 x All Round Operators to work on a major project in the Pilbara Region, 2/1 & 3/1 rosters, starting ASAP until approximately April 2026. However, there are opportunities to move projects once this is one is complete.

Skilled operators across at least 2 to 3 pieces of gear, Dozers, Graders, Excavators, and Moxy & Loaders. You’ll play a key role in this civil infrastructure project form Roads, Pavements, Drainage, Underpasses Culverts and Trenching are completed on time and to a high standard.

The Requirements

- Ticketed operators with RII Certificates on the following: Dozers, Graders, Excavators, Dump Trucks, Watercarts, Loaders and Rollers Smooth Drum

- Experience within civil & bulk earthworks projects such as pavements, roads, drainage, culverts and underpasses bridges and largescale infrastructure projects in remote locations

- Able to start ASAP and be available until at least the end of April 2026 on a 2/1 & 3/1 roster basis, FIFO ex Perth

- Multiskilled operators who can operate 3 pieces must consist of at least one of the following: Excavator, Dozer or Grader and Moxy & Loader

- Final Trim Grader & Excavator operators with GPS Trimble experience highly regarded

Machinery

- Dozer: D5, D6, D8, D10 – GPS experience for D5 & D6. Work includes to-condition and push-up; operators must be able to blade mix.

- Loader: 972, 980, 988 -Picking up windrows, loading Moxy, and conditioning material.

- Excavator: 336 with GPS – Tolerance within 100ml
