The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Civil Consultant with approximately 10 years of consulting experience to join our high-performing Property & Buildings Civil team in Perth. If you thrive on solving complex problems, leading multidisciplinary teams, and delivering future-ready solutions, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and deliver civil engineering projects across defence, health, energy, and commercial sectors.
- Manage client relationships and project scopes with precision and professionalism.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with technical, commercial, and regulatory standards.

About You

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Chartered status with Engineers Australia (preferred).
- ~10 years of consulting experience in civil engineering, ideally across Australian projects.
- Proven expertise in design documentation: roads, carparks, stormwater, earthworks, public realm.
- Strong command of AutoCAD, 12D or Civil3D, DRAINS, and MUSIC.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A passion for mentoring and developing future engineering talent.
