This role will be **Newcastle** based.**Key responsibilities*** Import & manipulate vendor drawings/models* Collaborate with the design engineers to deliver concept and detailed design models and drawings* Support project teams with documentation, revisions and coordination of models and drawings.* Maintaining design templates and drawing standards**About you** You’ll be seeking fulfilment through autonomy, career flexibility, and working for a business that provides purpose and relevance in what you do. With outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence and drive successful project outcomes, you’ll have experience working in a consulting environment, delivering projects as part of a multi-disciplinary and multi-office team.***Qualifications**** Enrolled in or have completed a relevant TAFE qualification: Certificate IV in Engineering Drafting or Certificate IV/Diploma in Civil Construction Design***Skills and experience**** Experience with CAD software* Familiarity with technical drawings* Strong attention to detail* Well‑developed verbal and written communication skills* Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team***Mindset and behaviours**** Safety‑first, risk‑based approach to all design delivery* Commitment to working safely within the company’s HSEQ systems* Enthusiastic and motivated to learn from peers and senior team members***Desirable**** Interest or experience in water and wastewater treatment or pipeline design**What we offer**A career with Beca will provide you with:* **Flexibility & Wellbeing:** We recognise that achieving a work-life balance is unique to everyone.
