Due to projected growth, we are seeking applications from dynamic and forward-thinking Roster Operations Leads (2 positions) to drive innovation and excellence in workforce scheduling across our Home Care services.
This pivotal role goes beyond traditional rostering, focusing on strategic development, process redesign, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder engagement to ensure high-quality, client-centred care.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic rostering frameworks aligned with Home Care goals
Champion rights-based rostering practices under the New Aged Care Act
Optimise workforce utilisation through data analysis and system enhancements
Ensure rostering supports client preferences, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency
Lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver stakeholder training on rostering systems and governance
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the scheduling team
Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
A bit about you:
Proven experience in rostering system implementation and optimisation (in aged care or health services is an advantage)
Strong understanding of aged care standards, compliance, and reform
Demonstrated leadership in team performance, coaching, and change management
Demonstrated experience in process optimisation
Advanced proficiency in rostering systems and data analysis
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of EBAs, penalty rates, and scheduling in human services environments
Experience in workforce planning and aged care reform desirable
