RCR Mining Technologies is looking for a MachiningSupervisor to take charge of our WelshpoolWorkshop. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into aleadership role with one of Australia’s leading engineeringand manufacturing companies.

About the Role

As our Machining Supervisor, you’ll be the driving forcebehind a high-performing team of Machinists. You’ll overseedaily workshop operations across borers, lathes, drills, and mills— ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and to thehighest standards of quality. Beyond that, you’ll play a keyrole in mentoring your team, building capability, and drivingcontinuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical guidance and advice to Machinists.
- Plan, allocate, and oversee daily machiningactivities.
- Manage materials, stock, and workflow to meet projectdeadlines.
- Build and support a strong leading hand structure withinthe team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to position RCR asan industry leader.
- Deliver training and upskilling programs to developemployee capability.

Skills & Experience

- Australian-recognised Machining Trade qualification.
- Comprehensive knowledge of machining tooling andsystems.
- Heidenhain and Fanuc control experience.
- Forklift Licence.
- Dogman / Rigger Basic (desirable).
- Certificate IV in Leadership & Management(desirable).
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Solid understanding of quality and safety managementsystems.
