Job Description

- Warmly welcome patients and create a positive first impression.

- Coordinate appointment bookings and manage the clinic's schedule.

- Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests.

- Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed.

- Patient Care – provide outstanding care to our patients.

- Responsible for appropriate appointment scheduling.

- Tending to patients' needs in relation to appointments, medical letters, finances and reporting.

- Completing admin tasks in a timely manner.

- Effectively fulfilling admin requirements delegated from clinicians/senior team members.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role is required.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Confidence using computer systems; familiarity with dental software is a plus.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.

- A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in patient care.
