Well‑known for their quality product at affordable price points across Australia, they are continually growing and expanding their business. Position Description The Product Developer/Buyer will join a dynamic and collaborative team that places high emphasis on core values and culture. Duties and Key Responsibilities - Drive the financial performance of product categories across apparel, footwear and accessories - Develop and design products, with the ability to build ranges - Partner with the Production team to manage all phases of the product lifecycle - Build and maintain relationships with suppliers by fostering win‑win outcomes - Build knowledge of the target customer and apply this to product, ranging and trading decisions - Alongside the Marketing team, continue to evolve the brand both online and in campaigns Skills, Experience and Key Competencies - 5+ years of experience within apparel, ideally menswear - A proven track record of commercial success, having worked for a major national or international fashion retailer - Collaborative team player with the ability to provide motivation to the broader team - Strong creative eye with a passion for product and expert knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends - Comprehensive knowledge of garment manufacturing and a proven track record of sourcing from China - Ability to work with Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable but not essential Benefits and Culture - Competitive salary - 1 day WFH - Generous employee discount - Street parking available; close to public transport - A collaborative team environment - Career opportunities with ability to influence and grow - Opportunity to travel overseas How to Apply If this is of interest, apply now or call Annette for a confidential chat on (02)93621119 and reference "Product Developer/Buyer".
