Overview

Join our Maintenance team at Harvey Fresh as a Maintenance Coordinator, where you'll lead a team of approximately 15 tradesmen to ensure the smooth operation of our plant and equipment. This hands-on leadership role is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency, minimising downtime, and driving continuous improvement across our UHT/ESL, Fresh Milk, and Juice lines. You’ll work closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver reliable maintenance solutions.

Responsibilities

- Lead a team of approximately 15 tradesmen to maintain plant and equipment.
- Drive operational efficiency and minimize downtime through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to deliver reliable maintenance solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

- Certificate III in Mechanical or Electrical (Required) or relevant Bachelor's Degree (Highly regarded).
- 3–4 years of experience in maintenance or engineering leadership, ideally within Dairy or FMCG.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with SAP knowledge.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience with direct reports.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritisation abilities.
