You’ll bring to the table:

- Have gained previous experience in a dynamic and fast paced Assistant position within a multi-site, human service-related organisation.

- Possess excellent written, verbal communication and organisational skills as well as attention to detail. Ability to manage conflicting deadlines

- Experience working across multiple levels within an organisation and communicating confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels

- Advanced ability using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Teams

- Previous experience within the Early Learning Sector (desirable)

- Completion of Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable)

- Current QLD Working with Children Check
