Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and optimize BNG, MPLS, VPN, and IP peering solutions to ensure scalability and high availability.
- Configure and monitor BNG devices for subscriber management, PPPoE, DHCP, and traffic shaping.
- Establish and manage IP peering relationships, optimize BGP routing, and ensure efficient traffic exchange.
- Implement traffic shaping and QoS policies to prioritize critical services and optimize network performance.
- Maintain security through firewalls, VPNs, and other protocols, collaborating with security teams to address vulnerabilities.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years in network engineering, with at least 2 years in telecom or broadband networks.
- Proficient in BNG, MPLS, VPN, BGP, IP peering, and traffic management.
- Experience with network hardware (e.g., Cisco, Juniper) and IP routing protocols.
- Familiarity with broadband services (e.g., DSL, FTTH, PON).
