Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, implementation, and support of AWS and Azure infrastructure solutions
- Deliver and manage Microsoft 365 migrations, configurations, and user adoption
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues across cloud and systems platforms
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of cloud security projects
- Engage in pre-sales and consulting with clients to scope technical solutions
- Document architecture, deployment processes, and troubleshooting steps
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal technical standards

Tech Environment:

- AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda)
- Microsoft Azure (VMs, Networking, AAD, Defender)
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
- Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell scripting
- Exposure to security standards and compliance (desirable)

Skills & Requirements:

- 4+ years’ experience in a Systems Engineering or Cloud Engineering role
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and either Azure or AWS (ideally both)
- Experience working within an MSP, consultancy, or project-based IT environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, particularly when dealing with clients
