Overview
The Company
Our client is a listed organisation experiencing strong growth and ongoing transformation. They're investing in building a more structured, transparent people framework — one that clearly defines roles, expectations, and performance outcomes across the business. You'll join a progressive, forward-thinking company that values practical HR expertise, collaboration, and meaningful impact.
The Role
This project role will take ownership of redesigning the organisation's role definitions, job sizing, and performance management frameworks. It's an opportunity to lead a piece of work that will shape how the business defines, measures, and develops its people.
- Developing consistent, fit-for-purpose position descriptions in partnership with business leaders.
- Evaluating and sizing roles using Mercer or equivalent methodologies (Korn Ferry, AON).
- Aligning new frameworks to performance planning and remuneration processes.
- Supporting leaders through the rollout and coaching conversations.
You'll be supported by an internal resource managing BAU, allowing you to focus on the project and deliver quality outcomes. This is a 9 month contract.
Your Profile
We're seeking an HR specialist with hands-on experience in:
- Job design, job evaluation, and performance frameworks
- Translating frameworks into practical tools and documentation
- Partnering with senior leaders and managers to implement change
You'll bring analytical thinking, consistency, and a structured approach - along with the confidence to influence stakeholders and shape best practice. Experience in technology, digital, or professional services environments will be highly regarded.
Why this role
This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a high-impact project - designing frameworks from the ground up that will shape how the organisation operates and grows. You'll work closely with senior leaders, influence decisions at every level, and see tangible results from your work.
