Your Role

Reporting to the Head of People, Culture and Change, you’ll be a trusted advisor across multiple business units in NSW. You’ll deliver commercial, people-focused solutions that drive engagement, manage risk, and drive growth.

From guiding leaders through employee relations and industrial processes to leading strategic people projects, your influence will be felt across the organisation. You’ll also collaborate with our broader HR team, including specialists in Workplace Relations, OD, Performance, Reward, Analytics, and Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Operational leadership teams to provide generalist PCC consultancy, support and advice on a wide range of human resource management matters

- Align people strategies with business goals and build plans to deliver results.

- Lead and advise on ER/IR matters, including negotiations and complex cases

- Coach leaders to build capability and confidence in managing people including performance management, investigations and disciplinary processes

- Coach front-line leaders and build leadership capability throughout the employee lifecycle

- Coordinate and deliver key projects

Skills & Experience

This is a busy, hands on but highly rewarding role that will challenge you to learn and adapt quickly. Ideally you have:

- Proven HR experience in fast-paced environments like manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing

- Strong ER/IR expertise, including leading negotiations and enterprise bargaining

- Ability to coach and influence leaders through complex people mattersExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- A degree in HR or related field (preferred) and up-to-date IR legislation knowledge

- A passion for building authentic relationships and driving positive change
