Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for aSupply Chain Manager to join our team in Wetherill Park. Reporting to the Site Manager,you will be responsible for leading the NSW Supply Chain Team to manage customer orders, load planning, and logistics—ensuring production tonnes are allocated accurately to meet delivery commitments. While liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer commitments are viable, economical and achievable.

The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:

- Manage and mentor the supply chain team; conduct performance reviews and encourage individual and team development.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that supports continuous process improvement.
- Ensure clear, timely communication with stakeholders through the full supply chain. Including customers, manufacturing operations teams and logistics providers.
- Confirm production load plans and manage the master production schedule from planning through execution in consideration of changing customer needs and manufacturing operational
- Manage urgent, late, and corrective orders to ensure on-time loading and delivery.
- Manage third-party product orders: ordering, tracking, cycle counts, delivery, and invoicing.

To Be Successful

- Proven background in production planning, load building, and logistics coordination within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Strong analytical aptitude with ERP/MRP and Excel proficiency.
- Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to manage customer commitments under pressure.
- Effective team leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation and experience managing escalations and delivery exceptions.

The successful candidate must have Australian Citizenship or legal Work Rights and must undertake a pre-employment medical assessment and National Police Check.
