In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering strategic supply chain initiatives that ensure the timely, cost-effective availability of goods and services from our suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of supply chain solutions that prioritize access to information and are aligned with business objectives, supplier capabilities, and system limitations.

- Develop and deploy frameworks and models to optimize preferred supplier selection, supporting both category sourcing strategies and project delivery requirements.

- Ensure supply chain solutions are aligned with broader business transformation initiatives and the organization’s technology roadmap.

- Manage the full project lifecycle—from scoping and planning through to execution and post-implementation review.

- Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and accountability.

- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to transitioning technical environments and supplier dependencies.

Data-Driven Decision Making

- Utilize advanced analytics to evaluate supply chain performance, identify inefficiencies, and anticipate future demand.

- Design and implement reporting tools that deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.

- Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that enhance business agility and resilience.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership

- Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders—particularly in supply chain, finance, and project teams—to co-develop effective solutions.

- Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align on priorities, define solution pathways, and build consensus.

- Lead change management initiatives to drive the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.

Could You Be Our Senior Supply Chain Solutions Lead?

- Hold extensive experience in supply chain strategy, project execution, or supplier enablement.

- Demonstrated success in navigating complex and evolving technical environments.

- Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (critical), with experience in data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau, and working knowledge of SQL (preferred).

- Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Lean Six Sigma is advantageous.

- Background in solution architecture or large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic settings.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
