Your role as a Mobile Lending Manager (known internally as a Mobile Relationship Manager) is to use your lending expertise to build strong, lasting relationships within the local community and drive business growth. Managing your own portfolio, you’ll identify prospective customers, nurture leads, and tailor lending solutions to meet their needs.

With a deep understanding of the local market, lending products and risk management, you’ll be the go-to expert in your area. Your ability to expand your network, manage leads, and achieve targets will be instrumental in driving business growth. At the same time, you’ll make a meaningful impact by helping customers achieve their financial goals while strengthening the local community.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Adelaide, South Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively building a strong pipeline by identifying new opportunities, establishing referral partnerships, and acquiring new customers through strategic networking.

- Guiding customers seamlessly through the lending process, providing confidence and peace of mind as you help them achieve their financial goals.

- Leveraging credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes and future‑proof financial success.

- Developing lasting relationships within the community, positioning yourself as a trusted lending expert who’s ready to support customers’ needs.

- Being a lifelong learner, bringing a brilliant mind while taking on on‑the‑job training and other learning opportunities.

- Building connections—supporting our customers, giving back, and making our communities a better place while having fun along the way

Qualifications

- Extensive consumer lending experience – this is essential.

- Strong networks and a proven ability to self‑generate new business opportunities.

- High level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.

- Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs, and develop a holistic view of their situation.

- Highly developed credit analysis skills.

- Understanding of small business offerings.

- Self‑motivated, high‑performing approach with a proven track record of consistently delivering lending growth.
