The opportunity As our Client Executive Director, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining our relationship with the QLD Government.
You will understand the Government's strategy, issues, and challenges, and respond by introducing EY's expertise, solutions, and services.
Working with our Queensland Managing Partner, Queensland Government Leader, and other Government-facing Client Service Partners (CSPs), the CE will shape the strategy for winning and delivering work to differentiate EY and increase the value received by the Government.
This is a hybrid position based in Meanjin Brisbane.
Roles can potentially be adjusted for flexible work with reduced hours.

Your key responsibilities Client Engagement & Strategic Leadership: Lead efforts to enhance Government satisfaction, acting as a proxy for Global Client Relationship Partners, and drive exceptional client experiences and pursuit leadership.
Account & Revenue Planning: Oversee strategic account planning to support growth and revenue targets, including pipeline management, forecasting, and budget participation.
Support must-win opportunities through coordination with Markets and reporting to the Oceania Markets Board.
Enablement & Investment Management: Define investment needs, support resource access, and build strategies aligned with EY programs, collaborating with the Account Manager and cross-market teams.
Skills and attributes for success Client-Centric Relationship Management: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build impactful relationships internally and externally.
Strategic Thinking & Commercial Acumen: Bring advanced skills in account strategy, with a focus on aligning Government priorities with EY's value propositions.
Foster collaboration and challenge perspectives to center solutions around client needs.
Agility, Influence & Execution: Quickly acquire knowledge of EY's services, lead multidisciplinary teams, and operate independently to achieve outcomes while influencing others.
