Client Executive

**Client Executive** to join our vibrant team in **Brisbane, QLD.** Reporting directly to the Group Client Partner, you will be at the heart of our client engagement and sales strategy efforts. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting our Client Partners in driving sales initiatives, crafting account strategies, and fostering strong client relationships.**Key Responsibilities*** Work closely with the Client Partner to develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to their portfolio.* Serve as a contact for clients when needed, addressing inquiries, concerns and issues, ensuring client satisfaction.* Monitor sales performance and progress against targets and take proactive measures to address any deviations or obstacles.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including client contact information, opportunities, sales activities and communication history.* Contribute to a high performance environment and act with clarity on strategy, objectives and deliverables.* Assist the Client Partner in identifying and developing tailored solutions to address client needs and challenges.* Support the delivery of consistently high quality outputs across client brief responses, including presentations (Google Slides) and client schedules (Google Sheets)* Maintain positive relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders* Strong communication, verbal and written skills* Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure, be able to multitask and manage competing priorities* Understanding of sales principles & ability to deliver excellent customer service* Impeccable time management skills* Adaptability to changing environment (new selling solutions, products, ways of working)* Previous media experience is desirable* Experience in Salesforce is desirable but not mandatory.**News Benefits**News Benefits is our way of saying thank you to our people for their valued contribution to News, our audiences, clients and communities.
