- Champion agile and project delivery excellence by refining and aligning methodologies to fit evolving team needs and business goals.

About you:

- Proven expertise with 5+ years in a senior Business Analyst role, leading complex initiatives across both business and technical domains.
- Strategic thinker with a technical edge, skilled at bridging the gap between requirements and innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Agile delivery champion, experienced in adapting and optimizing project methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and Prince2 for successful outcomes.
- Natural mentor and team builder, fostering continuous growth, knowledge sharing, and a strong collaborative culture.
- Well-versed in core BA practices, including process modelling, gap analysis, data mapping, API integration, and full lifecycle traceability.
- Strong communicator and problem-solver, comfortable navigating cross-functional teams and tackling challenges with critical thinking and foresight.
