Our client is seeking a Senior Administration Officer to provide high-level support to the CEO and Sales & Marketing Manager. You'll be a key member of a friendly and dedicated team, playing a critical role in ensuring smooth business operations and enabling leadership to focus on core activities such as sales, marketing, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

- Manage calendars, emails, meetings, and action follow-ups

- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track task completion

- Assist in developing estimates, proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral

- Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot) and client records

- Support estimating functions by compiling supplier quotes and formatting documentation

- Maintain document control and filing systems

- Track projects and support DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) communication and reporting

- General ad hoc administration duties

What We're Looking For

- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HubSpot is a bonus

- A proactive and professional approach with a team-first mindset

- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior admin or executive assistant role

- Background supporting sales, marketing, or project teams is highly regarded
