Our client is seeking a Senior Administration Officer to provide high-level support to the CEO and Sales & Marketing Manager. You'll be a key member of a friendly and dedicated team, playing a critical role in ensuring smooth business operations and enabling leadership to focus on core activities such as sales, marketing, and project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, emails, meetings, and action follow-ups
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track task completion
  • Assist in developing estimates, proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot) and client records
  • Support estimating functions by compiling supplier quotes and formatting documentation
  • Maintain document control and filing systems
  • Track projects and support DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) communication and reporting
  • General ad hoc administration duties
What We're Looking For
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HubSpot is a bonus
  • A proactive and professional approach with a team-first mindset
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior admin or executive assistant role
  • Background supporting sales, marketing, or project teams is highly regarded
