Project Manager – Commercial Support and Projects

About the Role:
Reporting to theProject Program Manager, you’ll be part of a busy yet dynamic project delivery team responsible for managing end-to-end national projects. Your role will involve:
- Leading projects from ideation to completion across multiple disciplines.
- Managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitating project planning and risk mitigation sessions.
- Designing and reviewing scopes of work.
- Participating in tender processes (design, submission, and review)
- Overseeing project budgets and financial KPIs.
- Tracking progress and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
- Supporting ad-hoc operational reporting aligned with business goals.
Project Planning (Primary Focus)
- Define objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities.
- Plan resources (labour, materials, external support)
- Prepare detailed project plans and budgets.
Qualifications & experience required:
- Project Management Qualification or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven project delivery experience.
- Experience in electrical, refrigeration, or mechanical works.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Full Australian working rights.
