Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join their transformation program within the higher education sector. This is a pivotal role for a professional who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about driving meaningful change through technology and process improvement.

This will be a daily rate contract, with hybrid work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business analysis activities across large-scale transformation projects, with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across academic and administrative functions to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories to support solution design and delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
- Support change management initiatives and contribute to training and communication strategies.

Essential Experience:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within higher education environments.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce, including CRM and student lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated success in delivering transformation projects, ideally involving digital platforms and process redesign.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
