Your Opportunity

Reporting to theSenior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, you’ll be a trusted partner across the business, supporting strategic planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. You’ll bring financial models to life, uncover insights that matter, and help us make confident, data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Do

- Maintain and enhance the Group’s corporate planning model and sub-models, delivering rolling forecasts and scenario analysis.
- Analyse monthly performance, identify key drivers, and support the Management Accounting team with variance analysis and forward-looking insights.
- Build and refine financial models to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting clarity.
- Collaborate with Treasury on capital, liquidity, and funding plans, and support investor relations reporting.
- Partner with business units to understand P&L and balance sheet drivers, enabling better commercial outcomes.
- Contribute to Board and Executive reporting, and support the annual budgeting process.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, data quality, and system integration (e.g. Oracle EPM).

What You’ll Bring

- 5+ years’ experience in financial services, ideally in retail banking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
- CA, CPA or CFA qualifications highly regarded.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
