Are you an accounting professional with a passion for SMSFs, taxation, and audit? We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Financial Accounting to take the lead in a well-established practice with a strong client base and a reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns across a diverse portfolio.
- Manage the audit of 130+ SMSFs for external accounting firms.
- Prepare and review SMSF accounts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant taxation laws, superannuation regulations, and audit standards.
- Mentor junior staff and oversee quality control of technical work.
- Engage with clients and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business development.
- Participate in succession planning with the option to buy into the business.

About You

- CA or CPA qualified.
- 5+ years’ experience in public practice or financial accounting.
- Strong technical expertise in taxation, audit, and SMSF.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive mindset and interest in business ownership (optional but highly regarded).
