Take ownership of a well-managed commercial portfolio of circa 190 Inner City based commercial, retail and industrial tenancies. With the sales and leasing team feeding in new managements and a full-time assistant to support you, your focus will be on relationships, compliance, and financials.
- Manage portfolio end-to-end with assistant support
- Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, budgets and reconciliations
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensure compliance with legislation and building requirements
- Handle trust accounting and financial reporting

Experience Required
- Commercial property management experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial leases
- Experience running end of month
- NSW Real Estate License
- NSW driver's license and reliable car
