High Impact Commercial Property Manager Opportunity

About the Role:
As a Commercial Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations, and handling financial reporting and trust accounting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end process of your portfolio with the support of an assistant
- Oversight of lease renewals, rent reviews, budgets, and reconciliations
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices
- Handling trust accounting and financial reporting

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Commercial property management experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial leases
- Experience running end-of-month processes
- A NSW Real Estate License
- A NSW driver's license and reliable vehicle
