THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced retail Production Coordinator to join our apparel team (experience in this space is a must). Reporting to the Head of Production and QA, this role will manage the production process to ensure that each style is meeting CP deadlines, achieving margin targets, and is executed in line with DECJUBA standards. This role will suit an enthusiastic and driven individual who is eager to build on their existing apparel experience with an iconic Australian brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Co-ordinate cross functional processes, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for Accessories and Kids Apparel categories.

- Maintain WIP documents and provide product tracking transparency.

- Supplier communication and management to deliver against key performance criteria (Delivery, Price, Quality, Service).

- Coordinate and execute tasks meeting Critical Path dates.

- Supplier price negotiation achieving Margin Targets

- Key internal relationships with Buying, Production, QA, Compliance, Shipping.

ABOUT YOU

- You have impeccable time management and prioritisation skills.

- You’re a strong and open communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in apparel production roles.

- You’re passionate and driven to facilitate the day-to-day interactions with all stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Confident and proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.

- Experience in APPAREL 21 Software Program.

- Ability to work cohesively within a team while also managing your workload and day-to-day responsibilities.
