About The Opportunity

Programmed is seeking a detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Coordinator to join our team supporting the Homes NSW contract in a Full-Time position located in Orange.

Through the Homes NSW contract, we play a vital role in ensuring that homes are built and maintained to the highest standards, making a positive impact on individuals and families across the community. This role focuses on inspecting completed works, ensuring subcontractors meet technical specifications, scope, and quality requirements while verifying invoice accuracy.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining contract compliance, managing risk, and delivering thorough reporting that supports continuous improvement across the Homes NSW Housing portfolio.

We’re looking for someone from a trade background who understands the industry, OR an admin professional with a keen interest in quality, compliance, and supporting continuous improvement on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect completed projects to ensure compliance with Homes NSW technical and quality standards.

- Reconcile completed works with invoice charges for accuracy.

- Conduct site inspections and maintain records to assess compliance.

- Advise supervisors and project managers on compliance and risk issues.

- Maintain risk registers and update customer and site information.

- Prepare timely reports and analysis for stakeholders.

- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, supervisors, and customers.

- Ensure adherence to legislative codes, standards, and internal systems.

- Develop formal reports when required to document significant findings.

About You

- Trade qualification or knowledge of building trades (desirable).

- Experience in technical auditing of building works.

- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Confidence in liaising with field staff and leadership.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with field staff, supervisors, and customers.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

- Valid driver’s license.
