What You’ll Do:

- Develop and implement safety management plans to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Facilitate high-risk workshops and provide onsite guidance for safety improvements.
- Conduct site inspections, manage incident reporting, and lead investigations.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure subcontractor safety compliance and maintain records in Hammertech.
- Drive safety initiatives and contribute to creating a culture of safety excellence.

Who You Are:

- Experienced: 5+ years in construction safety roles with a proven track record.
- Qualified: Diploma or Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety, with strong legislative knowledge.
- Skilled Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Organised: Strong time management and proficiency with tools like Hammertech.
