About the Role

Are you a passionate Risk Advisor looking to make a genuine impact? This business is searching for a dedicated professional to join their Investment Services team in Melbourne.

This is a fantastic, client-facing opportunity where you'll build strong relationships and provide tailored advice on personal insurance solutions, including Life, Trauma, TPD, and Income Protection. You/'ll be the trusted expert who understands clients/' financial situations and helps them secure peace of mind for the future.

You/'ll work closely with their expert paraplanning and administration teams to deliver a seamless, end-to-end service for your clients.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Connecting with new and existing clients to understand their personal insurance needs.
- Developing and presenting strategic advice that aligns with your clients/' financial goals.
- Overseeing the implementation process from start to finish.
- Proactively reviewing client portfolios to ensure their strategies remain effective and appropriate.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.

What You/'ll Bring to the Table

- You must hold a current Authorised Representative Status.
- A solid background with a degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- RG146 compliance and a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning).
- A strong understanding of FASEA, TASA, and other relevant industry legislation.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with a wide range of people.
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine commitment to achieving great outcomes for clients.
