Job Description:
As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in optimising office operations and enhancing administrative procedures to support our strategic goals. This full-time position involves a proactive and detail-oriented approach, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with our transformative industry practices.
Key Responsibilities:

• Streamline office functions to support efficiency and productivity, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Effectively allocate human resources, office space, and equipment to maximise operational efficiency, particularly in supporting the logistical needs of our cleaning operations.

• Direct and monitor staff activities, ensuring compliance with performance standards and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

• Manage the financial aspects of the office, including budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting with tools like Xero, to maintain fiscal health and compliance.

• Ensure that all office procedures comply with health and safety standards and government regulations, maintaining a secure and functional environment supporting physical demands and safety requirements.

• Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development, enhancing staff capabilities and aligning them with company objectives.

• Collaborate with the CEO to plan and implement office services that reflect ArrowZ's commitment to quality and innovation.

• Ensure that all office procedures comply with health and safety standards and government regulations, maintaining a secure and functional environment that supports the physical demands and safety requirements
Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

• Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in financial and administrative software, particularly Xero.

• Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish or Hindi, are considered a plus to cater to our diverse clientele and workforce.
