Your Role:

You will work alongside the Coordinator todesign, deliver and evaluate engaging programs, support children’s wellbeing, and help lead a passionate team. In the Coordinator’s absence, you will step up and take the reins — with full support and confidence from us.

To thrive in this exciting leadership opportunity, you will bring a mix of passion, expertise, and dedication. We are looking for someone who can tick the boxes below – and bring heart to their work every day:

1. Qualifications & Leadership Experience
You hold relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Care / Education or similar industries.

2. Industry Know-How
You have extensive experience in Early Childhood Care & Education Services and understand what quality care looks like in action.

3. Strong Regulatory Knowledge
You are across the details – with a clear understanding of:

· TheEducation and Care Services National Regulations

· TheNational Quality Framework (NQF)

· TheMy Time, Our Place Framework

· Industry standards, compliance, and best practices

4. Legislative Awareness
You demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of:

· Workplace Health & Safetylegislation and practices

· TheChildren and Young Person’s (Care and Protection) Act

5. Tech-Savvy Mindset
You are confident using digital tools, online platforms, and Child Care Management Systems (e.g.Hubworks), helping your service run efficiently.

6. Child Safety Focus
You have completedChild Protection / Child Safe trainingand have a strong understanding of safeguarding practices.

Specific Requirements

To be considered, you will need:

· Acurrent Working with Children Check (WWCC)

· Asatisfactory Criminal Record Check

· Australian work eligibility
