We are currently seeking a Medical Records Team Leader to manage, lead, and supervise the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside Health Informatics Clerical Team and Service. This role oversees the day-to-day team operations, ensuring efficient workflows to support the timely availability of patient information for patient care, coding, and billing. The position involves fostering team performance, providing guidance and support, and ensuring all tasks align with organisational objectives and internal review processes.

What works for us?
- Qualification in Business Administration would be highly regarded, but not essential
- Experience in administrative or clerical setting, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated ability in leading, coaching and motivating high performing teams to make a positive impact
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to contribute to continuous improvement activities
- Working knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations relating to the release of patient information
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SMR and webPAS systems would be advantageous
