About the Role

We’re seeking a meticulous and reliable Medical Records Clerk to support our clinical team by ensuring the accurate and confidential management of patient health records. This role is vital to maintaining the high standard of care our patients deserve.

Key Responsibilities

- Digitally scan and file patient correspondence into electronic medical records

- Retrieve and distribute records for inpatient admissions and appointments

- Organize and maintain physical records in filing bays and compactus units

- Prepare treatment plans and charts

- Assist with archiving and preparing records for secondary storage

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Friendly and professional manner, in person and over the phone

- A team player who can also work independently with attention to detail

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Previous experience in healthcare administration or medical records is highly regarded
