Your New Role:

This Sales Associate position is suited to someone who thrives in a client-focused setting, is confident with clienteling and either has a strong interest in timepieces or is eager to learn a highly technical product. The boutique values professionalism, expertise and a personalised approach to service.

- Deliver a consistently high standard of service to all customers

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised clienteling

- Maintain impeccable store presentation in line with brand standards

- Drive individual and team sales performance

- Assist with daily operations including stock handling and replenishment

- Keep up to date with product knowledge and technical training

The Experience Checklist:

- Experience in luxury retail or working with high end clientele

- Previous exposure to timepieces is desirable but not essential

- Immaculately presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- A genuine passion for sales and delivering tailored customer experiences

- Strong relationship building ability and attention to detail

- Demonstrated interest in watches or confidence in learning a technical product

- Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends
