About The Role

Based in the Sydney CBD flagship boutique, this role offers the opportunity to represent a global leader in luxury fashion. You will deliver a personalised experience that reflects the brand’s values of service, quality and style.

- Provide an elevated client experience through tailored and consultative service
- Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain detailed client records
- Offer styling advice and support across Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Measure collections
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge in fabrics, fits and craftsmanship
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets
- Maintain store presentation to the highest brand standards
- Assist with boutique operations including stock management and after-sales care

Experience Checklist

- Previous experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally within menswear or a client-focused environment
- A genuine passion for craftsmanship, tailoring and Made-to-Measure services, with an appreciation for quality and detail
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and polished presentation that reflects the standards of luxury retail
- A natural ability to connect with clients, understand their needs and create meaningful, long-term relationships
- A strong commitment to providing an exceptional level of service and maintaining brand integrity at all times
- The motivation to grow within a globally recognised fashion house and develop a lasting career in the world of luxury
