Are you passionate about sport, recreation, and creating strong, inclusive community programs? We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Sports and Programs Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and deliver a variety of initiatives that encourage active lifestyles and participation across all ages and abilities.

The role is offered as a full-time position, with the possibility of a part-time/job share arrangement for the right candidates.

Your new role

Working with the Leisure Facilities Programs Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to oversee all aspects of the Leisurelife facility sports and programs operations, grow existing programs and introduce new and innovative systems and events to meet the needs of the community.

What you’ll need to succeed

- Experience in developing, implementing, managing sports and recreation programs and services
- Demonstrated leadership experience within the Leisure industry or similar
- Comprehensive knowledge of administrative procedures and basic budgetary and accounting knowledge
- Proven ability to handle difficult situations and work in a team environment
- The role requires evening and weekend work, along with the flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
