About the Role

We are seeking expressions of interest from enthusiastic and experienced Water Polo Coaches to join our school community. Opportunities on offer are casual, with hours available for Term 4, 2025:

- Fridays 6:45am–8:00am (Training)
- Tuesdays 3:00pm–5:30pm (Matches)

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality coaching and provide professional supervision during all school water polo sessions, ensuring student safety, skill development, teamwork, and active engagement in a supportive and structured sporting environment.

Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality coaching during water polo sessions.
- Provide professional supervision and ensure student safety.
- Support skill development, teamwork, and active engagement in a structured sporting environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Demonstrated experience as a Water Polo coach (or high-level player willing to coach).
- A valid Employee Working with Children Check (if over 18 years).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to and motivate school-aged girls.
- Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Initiative and a proactive approach to coaching and session planning.
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications or willingness to obtain.
