About the Role

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from enthusiastic and experienced Swimming Coaches, to join our school community. This casual opportunity involves daytime coaching on Tuesdays 11:30-3pm, Thursdays 12-3pm, Friday 10-1pm. Each role will involve between 3 and 9.5 hours per week each Term, depending on shift availability.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing professional supervision in the pool environment to ensure that the highest standard of supervision and safety is implemented.

Responsibilities and Requirements

- Previous experience working as a Swimming Coach.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work as effectively as a member of the team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to act as a role model in both swimming skills and sportsmanship.
- Current AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (SISSS00132)
- Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) qualification.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Apply First Aid (HLTAID003).
