The Role
- Lead and manage complex corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements.
- Win and grow work through strong networks with lawyers, bankers, and referrers.
- Mentor, develop, and inspire a team across all levels.
- Partner with national leadership to set the direction of the Melbourne practice.
- Deliver commercial, pragmatic solutions to stakeholders in distressed and high-pressure environments.
About You
- 10+ years' experience in Restructuring & Insolvency at a Big 4, mid-tier, or boutique firm.
- CA/CPA qualified; ARITA Advanced Certification highly regarded.
- Proven record of managing major appointments and driving business development.
- Strong networks across the insolvency ecosystem.
- A leadership style that balances commercial drive with genuine collaboration.
