About the Company
Our client is a leading Australian commercial law firm with a proud 100+ year legacy. With several offices nationwide, they are recognised for their commitment to collaboration, client outcomes, and shaping the future of law. Their Restructuring & Insolvency team is nationally respected for its role in high-profile administrations and complex test cases.
About the Position
This rare opportunity sits within a high-performing team led by top-ranked Partners. You will gain exposure to all aspects of restructuring and insolvency matters including voidable transactions, priority disputes, turnaround, and director advisory. There is also a robust pipeline of commercial litigation matters before the Supreme and Federal Courts. The firm offers strong support, structured learning, and a culture that values both technical growth and team contribution.
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years' PAE in commercial litigation and/or insolvency law
- Ability to manage complex litigation and work closely with clients
- Eagerness to grow in a structured, supportive environment
