About the Role

As Assistant Park Manager, you’ll work closely with the Park Manager to ensure smooth operations, exceptional guest service, and support across all areas of the park. This is a varied, hands-on role that suits someone who thrives on leadership, teamwork, and accountability.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting day-to-day park operations, including after-hours needs
- Assisting with guest bookings, check-ins, and account management
- Leading, mentoring and motivating team members
- Helping with reporting and operational budgets
- Ensuring park safety, compliance, and presentation standards
- Supporting guest experience and local promotions

About You

You’re a proactive, adaptable leader who enjoys making a difference and bringing a guest-focused mindset to your work.

You’ll bring:

- Proven leadership experience in tourism, accommodation, or related fields
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and financial awareness
- A genuine passion for working with people and delivering great customer experiences
- Advanced computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems – knowledge of RMS is an advantage
- Flexibility for after-hours and weekend work
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to live onsite
