Are you highly organised, computer savvy, and ready to play a key role in the smooth delivery of concrete projects? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team in a full-time, office-based role.

About the Role

As our Concrete Scheduler, you’ll be the central point of coordination for concrete‑related activities across multiple projects. You’ll work closely with site teams, suppliers, and engineers to ensure everything runs on time and to spec.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and interpret construction plans and drawings

- Print and mark up plans for site teams

- Coordinate and schedule concrete pours, steel deliveries, and inspections

- Place orders for steel and concrete

- Liaise with suppliers, engineers, and site supervisors via phone and email

- Maintain accurate records and documentation

- Use scheduling and project management software to track progress and updates

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in construction or concreting (preferred but not essential)

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Comfortable using computers and digital tools (Excel, scheduling software, etc.)

- Ability to read and understand construction plans

- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
