About the role

We’re seeking a skilled Digital Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end solutions. In this role, you’ll ensure seamless integration across frameworks, server-side logic, and databases —while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, enhance performance, and elevate RACQ’s digital experience across all online products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement innovative enhancements to RACQ’s web and mobile applications, delivering high-impact digital solutions.

- Collaborate with architects, UX designers, analysts, and developers to build scalable and seamless digital experiences.

- Champion secure coding practices and ensure compliance with OWASP Top 10 standards.

- Enhance and optimise CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery and improve development efficiency.

- Analyse system requirements, create robust technical designs, and maintain high-quality software through continuous improvement.

- Contribute to a culture of quality by supporting unit and integration testing efforts.

About You

- Proven experience managing development through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using agile methodologies, delivering high-quality projects on time.

- Strong proficiency in developing scalable, robust applications using Vue.js, C#, and the .NET Framework.

- Experience supporting and maintaining highly available production systems, ensuring minimal downtime and reliable performance.

- Skilled in diagnostics and troubleshooting, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving systems.

- Comfortable working independently or in teams, with excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Experience with Sitecore for content management and web experience is advantageous.

- Platforms & Tools: Sitecore (v8.2r7 – 10.3), IIS, Docker, MAUI

- Cloud & Infrastructure: Azure (APIM, Logic Apps, Web Apps), AWS (EC2, CloudFront, ELB, S3, RDS)

- Databases & APIs: SQL, RESTful APIs

- DevOps: CI/CD with TeamCity and Octopus
