Relationship Officer

We have an opportunity for a Relationship Officer within our Interleasing asset management business. In this role, you will support the activities of the Customer Relationship team to build long-term, effective relationships with customer representatives, aiming to achieve business objectives and deliver superior customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to requests from Customers and Relationship Managers regarding all administrative tasks related to fleet management and business growth.
- Create and provide vehicle quotes to customers, sourcing vehicles and pricing that deliver the best value.
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity on expectations, customer satisfaction, and progress updates.
- Ensure administrative tasks comply with business policies, e.g., vehicle registration, credit requirements.
- Proactively manage lease expiry and replacement processes, ensuring contracts are linked appropriately.
- Update contracts with accurate and relevant information.
- Run order reports and follow up with the orders & delivery team.
- Engage with customers to understand their fleet requirements, anticipate needs, and assist the Sales team in business growth.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a customer-facing role.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, database management, and MS Office products.
- High keyboard accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in data entry and administrative work involving numbers and detailed information.
- Strong professional oral and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
