About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Social Media and Content Manager who’s ready to lead Ramsay’s organic social media presence — amplifying our brand voice online, creating standout content and driving brand strength that fuels business growth.
You’ll plan, produce and publish engaging content that reflects our purpose, People caring for people, and strengthens our reputation as Australia’s trusted leader in healthcare. You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to align organic and paid activity across all social channels, ensuring an integrated and consistent brand experience.

- Strong creative and production skills - writing, short-form video, editing and photography
- Proficient in tools such as Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite and analytics platforms
- Data-driven mindset, able to interpret insights and translate them into clear improvements
- Skilled in social governance, privacy, moderation and escalation processes
- Collaborative and confident partnering with Marketing, executives and colleagues across the business, as well as external partners
- Inclusive communicator who reflects diverse voices and accessible design in content
- Calm, reliable and solutions-focused under pressure or during out-of-hours activity
